Questions about shipping

We send our parcel shipping with DHL and bulky products via forwarding agency. Shipping is free within Germany. If available, you can select another shipping company in the checkout. As soon as we hand over the package to the corresponding shipping company, you will receive a shipping notification with the shipment information by email.

Yes, if you are registered with DHL, keep your post number in the checkout and your ordered article corresponds to the dimensions of the packing station.

 

That can have different reasons. Unfortunately we have no influence on it. If the last scan was longer than 48 hours ago, we can initiate a term complaint at DHL for you. Please contact us.

    The repayment takes place regularly immediately after the return or return. For the repayment, we only use the same means of payment that was used in the original transaction. If there are delays, we ask for your understanding.

    Complaint, exchange & return

    Unfortunately, it can happen every now and then that an incorrect article is packed or that goods are damaged during transport. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you immediately. If a return is not necessary for optical defects, please send us a photo of the complaint (also in the case of transport damage) by email or WhatsApp. So we save precious time and do not unnecessarily burden the environment with the new shipping. Please do not send us any unfree package shipping, since we cannot accept unfree package shipments for organizational reasons.

    Repayment or exchange?
    As a rule, we arrange a repayment after processing the return and you can simply order the desired product again. If you would rather exchange, please let us know beforehand.
